Had three issues — a sink drain problem, some old and incorrect piping, and a bathtub drain issue. The team was super clean, protected my space, and treated it like it was their own. They’re fully licensed and insured, which gave me real peace of mind. I had to figure out which issues to prioritize, and they explained everything clearly and handled it all so professionally. Raffi and Gavi were awesome to work with — really top-notch. You’ll pay for quality, but it’s totally worth it. I’d 100% recommend them and feel confident in their work.

I used Preferred Plumbing for a emergency toilet repair almost exactly two years ago and was very pleased with the swift and professional service. Sadly this company does not abide by the CRTC rules around cold calls. They have called me today despite of me asking to not be called again before, and not giving the company permission beyond the legally protected 18 month after the service was provided. Maybe most people don't care about their rights and the laws, but I do, and the call today was a clear violation of said laws. Beware if you value your privacy

Great service but the cost of the repair cost double of another company I went with for my second washroom. Additional quotes for another fix was also double. Company needs to have prices aligned with market. I can’t shake the feeling I got ripped off. They have great team and sales pitch though! For those unaware: to have shower cartridge replaced is around $450 and not $1000+. Includes genuine parts and labour. Doesn’t take three guys as well. Even I can do it, I just needed to follow condo policy.
