Crash Champions was entrusted with my truck to repair a water leak originating from a body seam above the driver’s door. Rather than performing the repair themselves, the company subcontracted the work. The only action taken was the application of white caulking to the roof, which was done poorly and without regard to appearance or quality. When the truck was returned, the repair was not inspected by Crash Champions. Additionally, when the dealership contacted me to retrieve my vehicle, no inspection of the work had been conducted at that time either. Upon my arrival, I immediately noticed white caulking visibly smeared across my truck, and I refused to accept the vehicle due to the unacceptable workmanship. Subsequently, when Crash Champions sought payment for the repair, the dealership refused to pay because of the poor quality of the work. I was then contacted by Jen Quall, the Production Manager at the Gresham, Oregon location, who requested that Crash Champions be given another opportunity to correct the issue. I declined, as the initial repair demonstrated a lack of professionalism and quality. During this conversation, Ms. Quall stated that the poor workmanship was not her responsibility because the work had been subcontracted, and further placed blame on my dealership for being unable to locate the leak and outsourcing the repair to Crash Champions. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Crash Champions to anyone. The quality of work was substandard, accountability was lacking, and resolving the issue required unnecessary dispute with management regarding their poor craftsmanship. I have updated my review with a photo of how they fixed my leak under my weather stripping

They did a great job fixing my car after an accident. It looks brand new now. It took longer than I was expecting but they communicated well throughout the process and it was actually done quicker than the initial estimate. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped off the car.
