I can't say enough good things about Oniver and his company! In the midst of the blustery cold, rainy season, I saw I had a problem. Water was heavily leaking around my skylights on to my just newly refinished hardwood floors. I quickly searched around for a good roof repair company and, most fortunately, Mt. Roofing Services was recommended to me. Shortly after I contacted them, I received a warm, friendly, professional call back from Oniver, the owner of the company. He heard my concern and even though he had a very busy, booked schedule, he made the effort to come out to my home on Lummi island, no less! After spending quite a bit of time very thoroughly exploring the issue he determined and then patiently explained to me (with photos) that my problem was beyond a quick, bandaid roof repair; I needed a new roof, the sooner the better given the long term damage and the continuing heavy rains. He shifted his schedule around and was able to fit me in and completed the re-roofing of my large home within only a few days. Oniver's over-the-top professional care, kindness, integrity, and work ethics were/are exceptional! His hard-working, skilled crew were always good-natured and responsive to my questions. The job is beautiful and the price was very fair! Mt Roofing Services is an outstanding roofing and roof repair company which, clearly, I most highly recommend.

*Not recommend* I am not one to write bad reviews, but I feel it's necessary. We hired Mt Roofing 6/3/21 to fix rotted wood that was creating a dip in our carport/roof. We figured we would also use hire them to put on a beautiful new roof too. They did work diligently and we were very impressed by their hard work. But then we realized they put on a beautiful new metal roof without touching the main problem we hired them for. So after the roof went on, then they replaced old wood. Now we have a beautiful new metal roof with bowing metal from the dip that was never addressed and originally hired for. $15,000 dollars that never fixed the original roof problem. We contacted them to finish the job and was told that would be additional charges. They came by removing plywood to push the dip in carport roof up and left it there for days, then weeks to replace plywood they took down. They apologized profusely and when you apologize, you certainly take blame. But now they are saying the carport is not a roof....strangely after replacing the roof which is the carport. Also saying they will do the job labor free if we buy materials. I spoke to multiple roofing contractors without telling them about what has happened. They ALL stated they would address the problem before replacing a new roof. Do not hire Mt Roofing Services LLC

I cannot say enough good about this company! They are communicative, professional, dependable, timely and respectful. They are meticulous in their work. Every experience with this company has been phenomenal.

We had our roof & gutter replaced by Mt. Roofing in 2021. They were fast, clean and the lowest cost bid. The bid made we pause but we went ahead and are glad we did. Roof removed and replaced in 3 days with no problem. They were efficient and on budget. They came a year later to repair wind damage on the gutters at no cost. I later recommended them to friend who wanted to replace their roof. Mt Roofing told him that with some repairs his roof was good for another 5 years. The repairs were a bid more extensive than anticipated but were made without a cost adder. I can't understand the more negative reviews but based on our experience I recommend them without reservation.
