My only complaint would be that as a smaller store they lack a large inventory. That's it. All my interactions with the staff, whether via e-mail or phone have been professional and helpful. They've always been willing to own their mistakes and have been accommodating in fixing mine. The products are well packaged and always include an order list. I will continue to patronize this establishment as opportunities present themselves.

Order Timeline: July 3 – Placed order. July 9 – No shipping notification or follow-up. I emailed them, and only after I chased did they finally send the shipment notification. July 23 – Still no package. I emailed again and was told they had shipped it, but the local post office closed the next day due to asbestos. I understand this closure is beyond their control. The issue: What’s unacceptable is the complete lack of proactive communication. I only learned about the post office shutdown because I contacted them. If they had informed customers right away, it would have been fine. Instead, I had to chase every update. Worse, they refused to take any further action—such as going to the post office to check with staff about the backlog—showing either poor training or lack of care for customer orders. This experience left me with no package, no real assistance, and no confidence in ordering from them again.

I ordered cards from here on short notice and they got it packaged neatly and ready for me the same day. All of the staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I would highly recommend shopping here.
