I ordered a treadmill for a birthday and was told it would take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. I received text the very next day. The treadmill was delivered in 2 days. Communication about the delivery was prompt and kept me up to date. Regardless of the later delivery time the technicians were pleasant and knowledgeable about the machine. They took time to show me the key points. I had someone come out today to check a squeak (it was my feet) he said they did an excellent job with the assembly. Even the man today to check on it was informative and showed me a few more things. He made sure I had no questions. Excellent experience all around!!

When I ordered the machines, I was told they were going to deliver it in 2-3 weeks and end up having it delivered and assembled the next day!
