I was truly upset with my experience. On Tuesday, 1/13 I inquired about the vehicle. The sales rep gave me a call, he was enthusiastic and friendly. When I asked about the wreck reported on the carfax he said the carfax shows it as minor so it means it’s minor and that it’s a great vehicle. On Wednesday 1/14 I called and spoke with a woman and scheduled an appointment for Friday 1/16 at 4:30. When we arrived Friday at 4:35, she was so apologetic that she wished she knew we were coming so that she could have had the vehicle warmed up. I’m fairly certain she is the one I made the appointment with. I then walk to the minivan we were viewing and find cosmetic issues that I assume is what the salesman was referring to. To only walk around the car and find a large dent across the 2 doors on the passenger side. We went ahead with the test drive and the vehicle was less than satisfactory. The vehicle shook when you let off the gas among other issues. Needless to say. It was an upsetting experience after asking the salesman different questions and feeling lied to.

These guys are absolutely great at what they do. Everything from start to finish was nothing but excellent. They were very honest about what I was buying and made sure I didn’t just spend my money on something that wasn’t in my best interest.
