Had a good experience here. The staff is very cordial. Minimal parking is available. Shop closes by 10pm. In-house tailor is available too to Customise your dresses. I believe its a 3 storey mall with elevators available for easy access. Sitting arrangements are provided for. Bought some really nice garments.

Disappointing Experience – Unhelpful and Pushy Staff Visited this store with high expectations for our engagement shopping, but the experience was beyond disappointing. We chose this place for its supposed wide variety, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time. The store was almost empty when we arrived, yet the sales staff acted as if they were doing us a favor by simply showing us lehengas. Their reluctance to assist and dismissive attitude were shocking. Expecting a customer to pick from just 2-3 options is ridiculous—especially for something as important as an engagement outfit. Hoping for a better experience, we moved to the second floor to check out blazers and suits. At first, they showed a few pieces, and we tried a couple. Then, out of nowhere, 5-6 salespeople swarmed us, aggressively pushing us to book or buy immediately. Instead of helping, they bombarded us with unnecessary and misleading information, making the entire experience frustrating. Here’s a very honest review—your staff needs serious training. If they can’t be bothered to show products properly or respect customer decisions, they have no business being in sales. This store has lost our trust, and I highly doubt we will ever return.
