cristian EspinalI had a great experience with Natalia during my visit. She was welcoming, polite, and really attentive. She helped me find what I needed without rushing me and made the whole visit feel easy. At the checkout she was kind and clear, and you could tell she cared about giving good service. I left feeling taken care of, and I’d be happy to have her help me again.
Tarlan NI had a very disappointing experience at this Winners location. The associates were extremely rude, and one of them came up to us and said, in a very disrespectful tone: “Hey, the store is closed so you guys gotta go fast.” Who talks to customers like that? Not even a simple “excuse me” or “sorry, we’re closing soon.” By the time I got to checkout, I was genuinely upset. I nicely explained the cashier what happened and explained that the way the associate spoke was unacceptable, and that the least they could’ve done was offer an apology. But the cashier didn’t care at all .no “sorry about that,” no “I’ll let the manager know,” not even asking which associate it was. She just looked at me and said “goodbye.” I honestly couldn’t believe the level of unprofessionalism from both the associate and the cashier. Very disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location again.This was my first and last time.
Jonathan LauThis is a fairly good sized Winners. At least, in the downtown core. This Winners has a good selection of children's toys and clothing. Also there are many household decor pieces and stuff for the home. This doesn't count the many clothing options for men and (especially) women. My wife likes to come here for that reason.
