This company contracted by DRB has caused damage to my property, ignored requests to fix the damage, operates heavy machinery in a family neighborhood until 9:30 every weekday. They have also built their water retention pond above the existing fence line. They also have allowed people to medal detect on the property and have had them use profanities towards me in front of my kids as well as have them threaten me for recording them while on my own property. They currently have a silt fencing installed with tree roots poking against it yet someone approved it? The neighborhood is also concerned about the location of the water retention pond considering it overflows to our neighborhoods current water retention pond and the construction is being performed for a different neighborhood.
