Truly Exceptional Service! I recently discovered this amazing family-run pharmacy and have already been back multiple times for refills. Every visit has been a pleasure — the environment is always so warm and welcoming. The staff greet you with genuine smiles, empathy, and real concern for your well-being, which is something you just don’t get at the big chain pharmacies. Their service is incredibly quick, and I’ve never had to wait long. Just recently, I walked in close to closing time needing pain medication, and they filled the prescription immediately — no hesitation, no rush, just kindness and care. Honestly, this pharmacy surpasses any experience I’ve ever had at Shoppers. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommended — I’m so glad I found them!

I was introduced to this drug store by a friend who loves this place. Mary the owner is very wonderful and actually cares about your health and needs! She takes the time of day for you and will guide you to find what you need, if they don't have the product they look for it and call you once it is ready to pick up, it usually takes one to three days so, if you are not in a harry, wait for it because their prices are friendly. I don't know why people go to Shopper drug mart, they charge too much for the prescriptions. Mary goes above and beyond for you and your health; she cares about my health more than my own doctor, LOL. Highly recommended to anyone in the area! Oh, there is a sweet Spanish lady, Maritza that helps Mary, she is adorable and, for those that has pet, her daughter is a groomer. Bingo!

I was introduced to Family Drug Mart because my elderly mother has been getting her medication there for years. I took over picking up her medication a few years back and understand firsthand why my Mom spoke so highly of Mary and her incredible employees. They go above and beyond, and from time to time have driven out of their way to get my Mom her medication when I couldn’t. Recently, I went in to pick up my Mom’s prescription and was impressed with how hard everyone was working, considering they were handling Covid booster shots and also dispensing regular medication prescriptions. I would definitely recommend this business, they go the extra mile to meet their customers needs.

Mary and Roman treat you like family. They are always helpful. The location is small but it has just about everything. If not they can order it for you.
