I have been dealing with this office for the past month and a half. They had all my information, took on my case, helped me find a physical therapist to go to for issues that I have been having since my accident. I went to my first physical therapy appointment yesterday and sent the law office an update about it, I received a response that they emailed the PT office to find a closer place for me to have an MRI done, WHICH THEY WANTED ME TO HAVE DONE. Now I get an email with NO EXPLANATION as to why they will not be representing me any longer. I have sent an email and 3 messages on their app and have gotten NO response back. Perfect example of this law firm NOT responding to messages that I sent. When I emailed them, they gave me the SAME excuse and NO explanation as to why they will not be representing me, just that I need to find another lawyer.
