As I sit in my office I am still in awe of the excellent service I received today from Nicholas K and the sales lady Angie S. I would sum up this review in five words 1. empathy 2. satisfaction 3. listening 4. patience 5. caring. Angie support today All the above is not just that the agent is sorry that the customer was so excited is that she took the time to make me feel I was the only customer that mattered but she honestly cared about my issues. If all of the agents have these five qualities your contact center will be poised for greatness. Angie you made my day continue to shine since my experience today tells me you love to serve your customer service skills are impeccable.

**READ FULL** I will give them an extra star for having face-value pretty dresses, but this company is really poorly run. I ordered a dress in size 2 for my best friends wedding on a Thursday with guaranteed 5-7 day shipping. This dress did not arrive until NEXT Friday when I had already left for the wedding. I knew my chances of getting the dress in time were slim, so I ordered the dress again in a size 4 (the 2 sold out, of course) and overnight shipped it so I would have it in time. It's important to note that it took SEVERAL emails to members of Nicholas to get even an update on the first order. There is no contact information online. DO NOT EXPECT A QUICK RESPONSE - AT LEAST 48-hours. When I finally received the expedited 4 and thank GOD I did so, because this brand runs EXTREMELY SMALL - I almost initially ordered a size 0!!!!!! FINALLY - I went to put the size 4 on the night of the rehearsal dinner and it fit with a bit of extra room and then... the zipper completely split - all of the way down. I would highly NOT recommend ever ordering from Nicholas directly.
