We are Bismi's customers since long time. We have a restaurant and on daily basis we purchased alot of stuff from bismi. But sadly specially in Ramadan these people become very lazy and do not provide stuff on time. And when we call them to inquire about they just dont have any answer. Even some people with very high and responsible position in the Bismi group dont give any response to our problem. I think it's better to switch from Bismi to some other supplier now as they dont have any value for their very old regular customer. We give them business for almost 40k-50k per month but I think they have become big brand now and dont need their old customers.

They are just playing for prices, in real after placing order they are saying out of stock and change the brand, which is having higher price. This is only to play with customers, not truth in prices they will not deliver if you not pay higher amount. Can't trust
