Murphy's Queen Street is a great little pharmacy! They always have lots of staff to help me find anything I need (Cheryl is especially amazing) and the pharmacy staff is so fun and knowledgeable! I got my prescription really quickly and Raneem was able to walk me through everything and answer all my questions and made me feel really comfortable. I noticed a lot of staff even knew customers on sight and greeted them by name which I found really sweet. I will definitely be back again!

Sadly despite some caring individual pharmacy employees, this Murphy’s pharmacy seems to have lost its way. We have had numerous errors made with our prescriptions and today -when voicing our dissatisfaction- were lectured about by the pharmacist in a subsequent visit after he sat and watched us complain and did nothing. He went so far as to accuse us of being abusive, and then withdrew his accusation. We take pride in being the best customers we can be. Moving elsewhere looking for more professional, accurate service….without condescension…

I have been going to this pharmacy since it opened with zero complaints but have just had a very uncomfortable experience with a new pharmacist. Without going into details, she was rude, condescending, and overall extremely inappropriate. I’ve never been spoken to like that by a “professional” before in my life. I have transferred my prescriptions to a new pharmacy.

One of the best pharmacies on the island. They have Some the best staff that treat their clients as people. Laura, Jason, Billy and Stephanie; you all had a meaningful impact on our family and truly cared beyond your job description. You are missed. To the current pharmacist, Edna. She is just as great as the others along with many of the other staff who are always welcoming everyone with a smile and giving compassion and care. Hands down one of the best teams on the island providing care and knowledge. 🥰
