What a shame. I wrote to this business based on reviews read here and received a response email the next day to set-up a meeting either in person or over video conferencing to discuss my accounting needs. I responded the very same day but have yet to hear back, and the initial time proposed has now come and gone. I feel a touch wrong leaving a bad review for a small business in my city over something as menial as a non-response, but if your business wants my business and can't even get the customer service portion of responding to an email right...that's just not a good start.
