Nicole MurphyI spend about $50 a week here or rather I used to. The cashier wants to play stupid games with demanding ID one day n saying oh you don't need it another day. So when I don't bring it she refuses me service even tho for 3 years she has sold me cigarettes with out it. I am 58 yrs old and do not look anywhere close to 21. I don't know what sick pleasure she gets from playing stupid games with me..I know I'm not enjoying being forced to play. If you can't hire people with common sense maybe you shouldn't have a tobacco license. I would only hire people I trusted not people that will turn your profits away n send them across the street. I guess ignorance is the new Murphy's. Not a problem..I will never spend another cent here..and I will tell all my friends that Murphy's sucks
Aimee Dees KellerI went this morning, not a sole in site. Ask the cashier to do my purchase in 3 different transactions. Due to this, I was getting my husband co-workers stuff as well. Her name was Zara, She replied NO my system is acting up, seriously?"" What what if there were 4 ppl behind me , she isn't going to take them? She was inside the building doing nothing besides being rude to customers. I didn't hear her properly ( so I thought). I asked her " Excuse Me " 3 times she ignored me, looked at me, and rolled her eyes. This is not the 1st rude experience with her. She is not friendly, not courteous, and has NO customer service manners or skills. There should be more workers like " Cat " and the assistant manager, so sweet , respect, manners, always smiling, willing to help, go above and beyond for the customers. Cat is absolutely amazing. You would never know of she was having a bad day, because she still treats the customer so Amazing,, So polite, I couldn't say enough positive things about Mrs, Cat the assistant manager , She is just all around a Phenomenal Person.
