I wanted to take a moment to share just how incredible our experience was with Priority Pets. From start to finish, everything was beyond positive! Communication before, during, and after our trip was seamless, thoughtful, and reassuring. Not only did we (the humans) instantly connect with our sitter, but more importantly, our dog and cat adored her! Our dog, in particular, has an uncanny intuition about people, and it was remarkable to see him gravitate towards her so naturally—something that doesn’t happen often! The photo and update check-ins while we were away weren’t just comforting; they genuinely made us smile and laugh. She perfectly captured their personalities, which reassured us that they weren’t just in good hands—they were in great hands. Pick-up was smooth, and I loved hearing the take on their quirks and behaviors—so fun to see them through someone else’s eyes! And while our pets were, of course, excited to see us, I could tell that they had built a real bond with our sitter, which says everything about the level of care she provided. Would I use Priority Pets again? ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend Priority Pets to my friends and network? Without hesitation! I truly can’t fully express how wonderful this experience was—not just for me, but for my four-legged family members!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Wyatt and Cristina from Priority Pets. Wyatt took care of my cats through house visits and Cristina took care of my dog. My wife and I were gone for 2 weeks but we were given constant updates from both of them that showed that the pets were well taken care of. I’m very happy with the service provided and I’m fully confident I can trust my pets with them again in the future.
