Worst broker I have ever worked, be aware of booking with them. They cancel on you once you are at the shipper... My contact broker was Denodus.

I called to speak to a supervisor because as a dispatcher I call them a lot to book loads for multiple carriers, but it seems that every time I work with Mrs. Ballard she has an attitude. We cannot ask her a question because she comes back at you with a rude answer. Maybe the owner needs to pull her to the side and see what is her problem. I see a lot of reviews on multiple load boards and they are about her being rude.

Bad Brokerage. We asked about load details via email, Stephanie was the one who respond back with the details, when we agree on a rate, she sent a carrier packet for us to setup, it took us 30 to 40 minutes to do the setup, when everything was done, we sent 2 follow up emails to ask are we still good on the load. After 2 hours, we decided to call and we've been told is "Load is covered". Don't have experience with them since we did a setup for nothing, but i don't recommend carriers to do business with someone who treat carries this way!
