Nothing but good things to say about these guys. We were exploring options to buy property both family and Sarah was there for us every step of the way. She was super professional but also blatantly honest which I look for in people. I don't want things sugar coated, I want to know the good, the bad and the ugly and Sarah was that person. We have sent other family to her and will continue to refer people to her! Rachel is also phenomenal to talk to, we just primarily worked with Sarah

Better service? If zero stars was a thing, I'd be giving that rating. Rachel can't even be bothered to keep appointments and return phone calls. After an initial consultation with my partner, Greg, she told him that she would call us Thursday after 10 am to talk details. Thursday afternoon comes and we still haven't heard from her, so we call her personal line and office line until close Thursday, again Friday with no answer, leave voicemails and get no return call. Emails are also not responded to. I'm no longer surprised given some of the things I've read here. We are refinancing at a very low amount, so I am just guessing that we probably aren't going to bring her enough commission to be important to her. After reading all the nightmare reviews about people waiting months, and being left with no mortgage at closing after dealing with her, we are moving on. Seems she doesn't care at all how she is screwing with people's lives.

My advice is read the reviews, read the reviews that aren’t 5 stars because they are probably posted by close friends and or family. The whole experience with this mortgage company should be report to the better business bureau. Take a family of five all the way through the application process and sign papers and make arrangements with in two weeks of old mortgage renewal and bang NOTHING no phone call no email zero and I mean zero communication. The didn’t have the decency to call and say - my apologies we will not be able to help you out with a mortgage. They know the number your calling from and screen you out and don’t answer, I know this because I had someone else call and guess what they ANSWERED mmmmm!!!!. They should be so ashamed of their business practices as they are dealing with peoples homes and life. Please please do not use this broker. One thing to add, as we had to call around in a panic to find out that they did a hard credit check which made it even harder to find something before we were homeless. They have been reported and a follow up through my lawyer. Hope you find this helpful and matches all then true reviews. P.S the investors that Rachel uses should try and be a client, you wouldn’t want to be treated like this trust me. Invest your money with a company with a better business practice and just a little compassion.
