I received a fake Tom ford fluer de chine from this retailer . In our country we have a strict code on selling counterfeit products and this store blatantly sold me a Tom ford with a mismatch on the batch code (box and bottle ). Absolutely shameful behavior and I already flagged this to consumer protection with photos and videos .

I wish there is an option for negative or zero rating. Waited in shop for 10-15 mins as the two representatives were busy with each other (seems cashier and sales guy). After waiting for 10-15 mins when there was no response from their side, we ask for assistance. Then one of the guy (seems to be sales guy) said that the shop is closed, we just said that at least "you should have informed before since we were waiting for you both from last 10-15 mins, they simply started arguing (specially the cashier) and behaved rudely and un-logically. I used to buy from "My Brand Perfume" from different stores, but after this horrible experience I doubt that me or any of my known person will visit in any of their experience. Hope other customer will get good customer service experience their. Regards!
