The lady who helped work on my teeth made every effort to make conversation about stuff I have going on and sharing her experiences with the same thing. It is something I very much appreciated. The work, as I mentioned above, is great. Even if they don't have much to work with (im my case, especially...) they manage to do everything possible to bring them to their best state, given the circumstances. I thank everyone who works there. You're doing a lot for the community.

Chanda AllenAbsolutely terrible experience. I showed up today for a New Patient Appointment for both my son and myself. I had called on Monday—three days before the appointment—to confirm, and was thanked for doing so. Yet somehow, when we arrived, the office had cancelled my son's appointment, claiming they "didn’t hear back," even though both appointments were clearly confirmed. When I explained he needed to be seen as well, they told me there were no openings and casually asked if his teeth hurt—as if that would determine whether or not he was worth squeezing in. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. What a mess of an office. I would HIGHLY advise against scheduling with this clinic. Save yourself the time and frustration.
