I received a text today that my disabled son's appointment on the 21st would need to be rescheduled. I called and was on hold for over 10 minutes, left a call back #. Service called back and when I was transfered to the front desk, they immediatly hung up the phone. This has happened several times in the past as well. Went thru the process again, to be talked to with a snotty tone by the receptionist that, "I can't just GIVE him an appointment. We are looking at February". With same condesending tone, called me "hun". Terrible customer service
Love this office! They are very knowledgeable and caring. At my most recent visit I was cared for by Dr. Patel, Kendahl and Stormy. Naomi scheduled my quick visit:) Everyone there is top notch, friendly and professional.
My hygienist was so amazing,nice and caring!!! Her name was Lisa she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Very easy to talk to. Hopefully I will get the pleasure to see her again. 😁 Thank you Lisa ☺️ my teeth feel great!!! 😸 Also thank you to the rest of their awesome staff.
