Candy Guthrie-BensonI received a text today that my disabled son's appointment on the 21st would need to be rescheduled. I called and was on hold for over 10 minutes, left a call back #. Service called back and when I was transfered to the front desk, they immediatly hung up the phone. This has happened several times in the past as well. Went thru the process again, to be talked to with a snotty tone by the receptionist that, "I can't just GIVE him an appointment. We are looking at February". With same condesending tone, called me "hun". Terrible customer service
