Nice and friendly staff, but if the appointment is at 18h30 and you're attended at 21h, it's a bit too much to handle. Or you come on time for an appointment, or you manage the expectations of your customers but nobody came to tell us anything until we asked something ourselves. Also the doctor says 1 thing and then the reception a totally different thing. Edit: Hospital's reaction on this comment is false and quite frankly disgusting. They called us to come at 18h (very specifically mentioned to come between 18h and 18h30, she was on speaker so no misunderstanding possible), as we needed to go that day otherwise our appointment wouldn't have been 'follow up' anymore and charged. When we arrived and already after half an hour waiting, we complained and they said 'your appointment was at 17h30'. I'd suggest the hospital to take complaints serious and take some responsibility, instead of blaming others for your mistakes.
