🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I would even give 10 stars. A while ago, I had an issue with my car about a year after I bought it, and it only had a 3 months warranty from the used car company. So I checked google and found TJF Auto Repair has a good ratings. So I stopped in front of the shop on Wolfedale Rd. As I was tidying up the car, a nice young chap came out with a big smile and asked me if I needed help. Then he got the diagnostic tester and found that I needed a camshaft sensor. So we went inside and the owner Jawad, told me it should still be under warranty and to take it to a Nissan dealership. He didn’t didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic or anything. This is what I call a true honesty. So I went to a Nissan dealership and they honoured the warranty. Then recently I had my car hit on the passenger side. So again I checked google and to my surprise, I found that TJF also has an auto collision shop on Fewster Drive. You can read my review there. I highly recommend TJF. Jawad and his team are great car mechanics and collision expert, and most importantly he and his team are all great human being. I highly recommend.

Very high quality repair on my Porsche Cayenne. Front bumper was severely damaged and TJF Auto collision and their team repaired it and car is like brand new now. Highly recommend for all body work. 👍

The best autoshop I’ve been to and recommend to everyone!!!. Got my car fixed in really short time and very very reasonable price!!! They got my car fixed with only normal $1xx labour cost while other autoshop said needs to replace the part for $695. I love the owner!! He is a person who provide best customer service and really know how to doing business. He is always smiling and patient to customers. I’ve been to this autoshop since 2019, I wish I can give them 10 stars.

I’m honestly surprised this place still has good ratings. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone—no matter your age or background. They promised my car (rodent damage under the hood) would be fixed in two days, then spent the whole day giving vague answers like “we’re working on it” with no clear pickup time. After multiple calls, they finally told me at 5 p.m. to pick it up by 6 p.m. because they were closing—zero consideration that customers need to plan. Then they pushed for cash payment for a “discount,” which was inconvenient and poorly communicated. When I arrived and asked a simple question about whether the discount was before or after tax, both men became rude and started yelling at me. I felt unsafe and had to call the police. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. Added-on ------------ This incident occurred approximately one year ago, and it took significant time for me to process the experience. While a few new fake five-star reviews may improve an overall rating, they do not change what happened. 1. No one refused to pay that day but no one should've paid before they got clarification how you priced it and how the discount was applied. Why you are afraid to make it clear to your customer? 2.The police were contacted because the situation became heated and intimidating, with raised voices and multiple staff members present. The police that took my call asked me to put him on speaker, the situation immediately de-escalated and staff became quiet. I felt unsafe and only wanted to pay, retrieve my keys, and leave without further escalation. The situation was poorly handled by the staff, and I needed assistance to safely exit the premises. 3.Two months later, my vehicle unfortunately experienced rodent damage again. I took it to a different repair shop. While they offered no discounts, but they provided clear communication, reliable pickup timelines, and regular updates, which made the experience far better. If you need 20 hours labor work to solve this issue and another shop took less time/cost, you should question your ability to run the business ? Not everyone wants to have your "DISCOUNTS", but everyone deserved to be treated respectfully and equality.
