Matt NNo BS, this is the shadiest business I have ever encountered! I ordered 4 cases of gloves at the end of April. They charged me the full amount and shipped out 2 cases. A few days later I emailed them asking when the other 2 cases would ship out. Darren replied saying they would have a shipment in next week. I emailed them again over a week later asking if they had them. Darren told me that the container was delayed until first week of June and assured me that they would ship it to me same day they receive it. The first week of June passed; I emailed them again and was told the container would arrive at the end of June now. End of June came and I received a voicemail from Darren. He told me they got the gloves in, (great!) But the price had gone up…WTF??? The next day I answered his call. Long story short, he basically tells me that he’s holding my gloves hostage unless I give him more money. It was that or a refund for those 2 cases. He gave me some BS about the pandemic for why the prices went up. I understand that demand is high and prices are up but I paid for the gloves 2 months ago. I have emails stating I would get my gloves and not once was I offered a refund. Now after 2 months of patiently waiting for my gloves, it’s either pay more on top of what I already paid or a refund. We opted not to give these crooks another dime. I have never paid for something just to be told later I will not get my items unless I make another payment. Especially after waiting 2 months… If anything I should be getting a discount. This company is straight up shady!
