I absolutely love this dental office! They are incredibly professional and always on time. They consistently send appointment reminders, and once you arrive, there’s no wait — your appointment begins promptly. I recently came in for a dental cleaning, and my hygienist, Michelle, was amazing. She explained the entire process beforehand and continued to guide me throughout the cleaning. I really appreciated how thoughtful she was about the sensitivities I have with my teeth — she made the whole experience smooth and completely pain-free. After the cleaning, the doctor came in to review my X-rays. He’s always so kind, professional, and easy to talk to. The entire environment at this office is warm, welcoming, and top-notch in professionalism. Highly recommend!

Scheduled a last minute appointment here via Zocdoc. They kindly found a way to fit me in even though Zocdoc neglected to alert them of my appointment. It was a lovely, kind, comfortable, and supportive experience. First all, I thoroughly appreciate the murals. They are very fitting for a dental office in the Village and brought me joy to look at them. Second, all of the staff and the dentist were friendly, communicative and down-to-earth. There was no judgment about the clear evidence of my complete lack of flossing or the fact that I hadn't found my way to a cleaning in two years. The dentist-- Dr Chase Thompson--was clear, kind, friendly, and down to earth. He made me feel at home. The hygienist brought a lightness to what I feel is a difficult job. She skillfully removed layers and layers of gunk to reveal a set of teeth that were mostly still in working order. They checked my insurance, and I was quickly fitted for a much needed night guard. I left thinking that I had really missed the boat by not coming to this practice sooner than I decided to, that is, on a Friday, on a total lark. I recommend this office without reservation. A+ all the way.

I finally found a great dentist in NYC! The staff was friendly, Dr. Chase was very thorough and patient when I asked several question, and Michelle was a very gentle hygienist. The office had very up to date technology and was very clean. I highly recommend!

Great dental experience with Dr Chase Thompson. He was so kind and attentive. I was nervous to make an appointment after not having had a cleaning in so long but was immediately put at ease. I felt I was given great care and look forward to returning to maintain my dental health!
