Dr. Michelle Yau is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I had a dental checkup, cleaning and filling. She explained everything clearly and patiently. Dr. Yau and her assistant, Kelly, made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs dental services.

Generally a good clinic. Was fantastic when Dr. Sherman Ng owned it however, under new ownership (past few years) there has been a lot of cost cutting and loss of decency and common sense. You will notice the penny pinching with quality of toothbrushes, tooth paste, and floss provided at end of session. Ive seen better tooth brushes at the dollar store, and my shoe shiner uses a better tooth brush to apply shoe polish onto my shoes. What's even worse, their relentless calls and texts to confirm appointments. I understand that the business wants to minimize lost revenue due to no show appointments but I don't need to confirm a appointment that I've committed to come to. We are not children. Stop leaving me multiple messages, texts, and voicemails. A couple weeks back, I went on vacation and planned my return date around a cleaning (with Niki, who I have to say is awesome and a follow up with Dr. Sherman; who is the OG and still the best) and the clinic decided to cancel my appointment without confirming with me. When I arrived back in the country, I found multiple missed texts and voice mails from the clinic. Boy was I surprised when I started catching up with emails. I found out that the clinic just went ahead and sent me a email saying they couldn't get a hold of me and are canceling my appointment. Outrageous. Definitely considering changing clinics if this office doesn't learn courtesy and common sense. See screen shot of email they sent me canceling my appointment. If I miss my appointment, send me the bill for the cancellation fee. I'm a big boy, I'll pay it. Also, stop harassing me with phone calls, texts, and voice mails. I don't click links on texts with the amount of scams and phishing that is going on. Your clinic is only encouraging this bad practice of clicking text message links and should revisit this approach. Be aware of what's happening in the world and stop managing your business like this. I don't know anyone at this area code or 613 phone number and would never click a link from a number I don't know.

I did my scaling at Centric Dental several times. Their staff are very kind and helpful. My Hygienist is Joanne. She not only helped me with my scaling but also educated me on how to maintain the health of tooth and oral. She is very nice and did a great job.
