This store couldn’t even stop blasting their outside music for the moment of silence at the Remembrance Day ceremony that was happening directly in front of their shop. Completely ruined that moment for a couple hundred people that had taken the time out of their day to go down to the cenotaph and pay their respects. Zero respect from these owners whatsoever.

Reasonable selection of women's wear, but horrible staff experience. Unfortunately, when I went in it was obvious I wasn't a regular and was completely ignored. When I finally was able to get the attention of a staff member the service was curt to the point of being rude. It was only when I had to take a call and the staff person overheard my end of the conversation and deemed me to be an acceptable customer did their attitude change. Thankfully, nothing in the shop suited either the event I was trending, or me.

Well, I had heard they are a great ladies wear store. I am super disappointed that they only posted a sign on their front door but did not update their website to inform clients they were closed this past weekend till Tues June 7th. I guess they don't mind putting potential clients out.

I was very disappointed with the service, in fact there was none, I was completely ignored, given the present situation, I would have thought they would welcomed a customer. I have shopped at the Dundas store where the staff are wonderful, I will make the drive there in future, even though I live in Burlington.
