I am giving a overall rating of 4 star. The design was excellent and it fitted my budget well. Overall i was very happy with the woodwork. Shravan did an excellent job with the model and laminate suggestion. I did notice that other interior companies sometimes cut corners by not giving edge binding where necessary, and flow interiors did not do anything like it. I also felt the value offered by floor interiors was pretty good, and accountability was definitely there. I felt the initial sales discussion went well. Hruthika convinced me that flow interiors is better than several other companies. I had checked the quality of numerous other companies before concluding with flow interiors. Regarding execution, there were some minor mistakes made in measurements, and they were rectified soon. There was a delay in completion of the work, so I have deducted 1 star for it.

We bought a flat in Aakriti Miro, Nallagandla apartments. I wanted to make sure that every need of mine, my wife and my retired parents must be fulfilled. My specific asks were to have kitchen abundant with storage options, master bedroom to feel extra special, hall with elgant tv unit and dining experience and MUST not cross a specific budget. We selected Flow Interio just based out of the customer reviews and their reels for customer sites in progress and are very happy with the choice. They are very good in 1. The designs and choices they give to customer 2. The options they come up with to stay on budget 3. The inclusions they have to make the house look elegant 4. And keep our existing furniture to good use I was little worried when my site manager for the project quit without notice. However, the way flow interio stood on top of things and involved me to make that right is really appreciated. We have been living for more than a month and are very happy and satisfied with the choices we made with flow interio. I want to thank Shivani who was connected right from Quotation till execution and handover. I have never seen such a customer centric manager. Also, thanks to Prasad who has stepped in when our site manager quit. He took upon himself to make sure all missing things are put in place and executed the project in time. Also, thanks to Nikhil who helped with execution as well as explaining costs and technicalities involved during execution.
