Fantastic job by MYC. I love the outcome of my vehicle wrap. From quoting, designing, scheduling, production, delivery, till accounting. All great people, especially Kassandra, Stephanie, Matthew, Tania, and Joanne. You are the best.

My experience at MYC Media was extremely disappointing, especially when it comes to how they handle customers. The company regularly prioritizes clients based on their financial worth rather than the quality of the services they need. Requests from customers with deep pockets are pushed to the front of the line, while smaller, less profitable jobs are often ignored or even canceled. I was told to cancel requests for jobs that didn’t meet a certain financial threshold because they "weren’t worth the money." It became clear that the owner would Google businesses to assess their value and use that to determine the priority of customer requests. Additionally, the pricing at MYC Media is well above industry standards, supposedly because of the high-quality work. However, with the high turnover rate and constant spending on talent acquisition, it’s easy to see why costs are so inflated. The company seems more focused on maximizing profits than delivering fair value to customers. When it comes to the work environment, it was toxic and demoralizing. I was subjected to consistent verbal aggression from management, with frequent yelling and inappropriate language. During one meeting, the owner even remarked that if he could treat employees as "slaves" and avoid paying them their salary or hourly wages, he would. There was no regard for employees’ well-being, and job security felt uncertain, especially when adhering to my designated work hours was used against me. As a salaried employee, I was expected to work around the clock, even if I adhered to my set hours. If I signed in and out on time, it was used against me. I was also pressured to attend social events outside of work hours without any compensation. The sales team, in particular, was expected to attend parties where they would drink with potential clients in order to network and secure business. In my opinion, this practice is extremely unethical, as it seemed the company was trying to get people intoxicated to gain business. The work culture was incredibly stressful, and there was a complete lack of respect for employees. The company's priorities were always centered on profit rather than providing a positive, supportive work environment. With constant turnover and unethical business practices, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for both employment and business services.

We got our trailer wrapped. MYC Graphics was recommended to by one of our past clients. We couldn't be more happier with their service. Richy and the entire team did a phenomenal job. We would highly recommend MYC Graphics.
