Fazil UruniyengalI went to buy a phone for a relative here. I ended up buying a second device for myself since no-cost finance was available from TVS Credit. Staff promised the MDM app came with the finance wont cause any issues. After completing the purchase i noticed the finance app have access to photos/contacts/call logs which doesn't make any sense. Also many features in the settings are locked by the finance app. Staff should have conveyed all these before proposing the finance. Now i want to fore-close the loan or switch the finance, but MyG was not able to resolve the issue and they never called back after contacting. Now i have to wait for 2 months to close the loan based on tvs credit customer care.

I had a really bad experience with the MyG team. I will not buy any products from MyG again and do not recommend this shop to my friends or family.
