Evelyn GarlandHaving booked an appointment online the night before, I arrived before my appointment time. Waiting in line to be seen at reception. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Having the actual system explained and looking at a 3-4hr triage wait, I stated I would leave my issue till the next day to see my GP. The male receptionist, spoke with one of the Dr’s and I was able to be seen immediately and have my issue validated and resolved in a couple of minutes! Very grateful! Thank you!
Kyle ClearyThis is practice is literally the worst place to try and call, there could be very little amount of people there, and be first in the hold queue and still wait 20 minutes for one of the receptionists to answer the phone because they prefer to yap amongst each other rather than answer phone calls. I tested this not that long ago when I had an appointment, sat in watched them talk among each other and made a call to the centre I can tell you now not one of them answered by the time I went in saw my GP. As for the review the receptionist are useless, and theres probably like 3 decent doctors in the entire place but the rest just want to get you out of there not hear you out. Fix the people behind the desk
Laryssa SmithDr beck is amazing and always willing to listen. He is the only reason I have stayed at this doctors . I have had to wait a minimum of 30 mins each time I have had to see a nurse and the some of the reception staff are incredibly rude. The nurses are always lovely and helpful but expect to wait. They definitely need another to help with their load.
Jorja WatersIf zero stars was possible that’s what they’d get. My mums usual doctor has retired which she wasn’t informed of and the doctor she saw in replacement denied her the medication she needs. My mum has been on this medication for many many years and is about to run out. The doctors reasoning was because “the medication wasn’t being prescribed for it’s intended purpose” or some bulls***. The receptionist at this clinic are most helpful, professional and kind then the actual medical professionals who work there.
