Customer experiences
I injured myself at the gym during a classic ego-lifting moment and tweaked what I initially thought was my left elbow. Naturally, I turned to “Dr. Google” and diagnosed myself with three or four different issues. Of course, none of the suggested treatments really helped. One day while walking down King Street, I noticed Kyla Mitchell offering a free 10-minute assessment. I explained my symptoms, and she confidently pinpointed the actual problem. Her goal was clear: get me back to the gym as quickly as possible. In just those ten minutes, she performed some active release techniques, and my arm felt better than it had in weeks. I booked follow-up sessions with her, and after just four treatments, my arm feels great. I’m back in the gym and nearly at full strength, taking it easy on one or two movements that still slightly irritate the area. I’m genuinely impressed with Kyla’s treatment approach and depth of knowledge. I highly recommend this clinic, and Kyla in particular, if you’re dealing with any stubborn injuries or ongoing pain.
I highly recommend Candace Choi, Mackenzie Holden and Fernandine Ambre for anyone seeking expert care and effective treatment. Their deep knowledge, professionalism, and compassionate approach made a significant difference in my recovery. From the first session, they took the time to understand my concerns and tailored a treatment plan that delivered real results. Thanks to their combined expertise (Physiotherapists and RMT), I 've experienced noticeable improvements in mobility and pain relief. The clinic is also well-run, with a welcoming atmostphere and a team that truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend Foundation Physiotherapy to anyone looking for exceptional care and a supportive, welcoming environment. Thank you all.
I'm really enjoying my experience here so far with my chiropractic work with Ryan. I like that my time there is not seen as a walk-in-get-"fixed"-walk-out scenario; Ryan provides me with new stretches & exercises I hadn't done before and he builds upon previous work so he's helping set me up with long-term benefits for my body & overall longevity. I also like the actual space here. The incredibly high ceilings give an 'airy' environment; I live with a bit of claustrophobia & anxiety so not feeling boxed-in to small rooms is a huge win for me. And the small chocolates at the front desk are always a nice little pick-me-up!
I had been struggling with neck pain, and I’m so grateful I found Tom Bennett. He took the time to understand exactly what was going on and tailored the treatment accordingly. I felt significant improvement after just the first session, and I continue to be looked after by Tom to this day. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I always feel heard and supported in every session. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with neck issues or physical discomfort—he truly makes a difference.
