I am so happy that I found Myobalance a few months ago. I've had three massages with Mariah and each one I have felt that she listens to my issues and adapts the sessions as needed. I like that she takes time at the start to see how I'm doing and what the session should be tailored to and then once the massage starts speaking is kept to a minimum. She also does a great check-in at the end and provides advice for stretches at home to help with areas of recovery. The massage itself is also always excellent.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I usually prefer massages with lots of pressure that focus on my whole upper body. After 45 minutes of Jeannie's scalp and lymph drainage massage, my chronic headache had improved significantly. I felt so relaxed and (uncharacteristically) peaceful. The clinic itself is clean, serene, and the perfect setting to engage in self-care. I really can't thank Jeannie enough!

I was seeing Mariah while I was in school for Ottawa. She is so amazing at what she does- really takes the time to listen to what you would like done and customizes everything according to how you need it and offers really helpful recommendations on ways to ensure you aren’t sore by showing excersises and giving good tips. Definitely the best massage place I have been too.
