Having traveled extensively across Delhi, Mumbai, and other cities, I’ve frequented numerous salons, including Urban Company and Yes Madam. This morning, I contacted the salon’s owner (listed on Google) to inquire about approximate costs for hairstyling, saree draping, and makeup. However, the woman I spoke to was astonishingly discourteous, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. Her manner of communication was brusque and unrefined, indicating a glaring deficiency in client-handling skills and basic etiquette.
