I emailed during Christmas and had a prompt response followed up by telephone immediately after the 26th December. A truly knowledgeable and understanding agent whose clarity of speech made the experience (always stressful dealing with Health Insurance) absolutely straightforward. He was so very reassuring that I had absolutely no problem discussing our policies and the options available. Actually, in less than 2 minutes he quite simply said something like 'We can certainly do much better'. And he did. The lesson I learned? NEVER accept a renewal quote without shopping around!
