I had an acrylic overlay done very badly at a different nail boutique. This very talented young lady, Hope, fixed it and exceeded my expectations on the outcome. Thank you for an excellent job. Staff are professional, not trying to promote product, work stations are clean and the work speaks for itself. Definitely happy to keep going.

After a few hours of getting my manicure done (gel and tips), the art (stones) on both hands fell off whilst typing… the length of my middle fingers tips where off, one long one short, the full pedicure was a joke. Spent more than 3 hours and have nothing worth showing for it. Had to pay R700 plus for work that I resent. Worst mani and pedi ever.

We went in and had a very rare allergic reaction to the eyelash glue. However, we received a call to come in immediately. The staff were helpful and the owner was hands on. We received a refund and were handled with care and respect. We would like to thank the owner and staff for their patience and support. Will definitely go back. Excellent work

I had my nails done for Christmas with lovely art but unfortunately a week later one of the nails fell off and left a green stain on my nail. I am very disappointed with the time that the nails stayed on for and disgusted by the mark left behind.
