My right side turned out okay, but the left hand wasn't the best. The left hand is really bumpy, and my thumb has a bubble on the corner. i didn't notice that until i had gotten to my car. I also was pilling off glue from under, and on the sides of my fingers, this is the next day as well. I showed her a picture, and it looked nothing like the photo I showed her. She was bending my hand kinda hard it did hurt, but I'm not a person to speak up. I just normally don't go back.

Jay is Great! He does such an amazing job with structured gel! My daughter and I have been going there for about 6 months now. And have not been disappointed with his work! It's just sometimes hard to get in with him specifically because he's so popular!

Very bad experience with this business. I attempted to talk with them, showing pictures of my granddaughter’s cut fingers, and botchy nail polish job they did there at Nails & Spa in the Holiday Village Mall. Her fingers were cut in 5 places with the file the nail tech used. My granddaughter is very shy and sensitive, and did not want to complain. She is 12 years old. The Nail & Spa owner refused to give us a refund, but offered a free nail polish. This, I felt, was a ludicrous response. They said the nail tech was new, and they would speak to him. Maybe the other nail techs there do a better job, but it is my feeling that they should not allow any person to work in there unless they have been well trained. Cuts can lead to infections. Especially when the nail files are used on several people, and not cleaned. The female owner was talking in a foreign language, was rude, and did not even apologize. I would never go back to Nails & Spa. This is not the way we do business in America.🇺🇸 Update: Our credit card company reversed our charge to this place. So grateful for that.

My daughters and I love going to this place, since we moved to Great Falls this is going to be our main nail salon. The Lady that runs it is amazing love her, I don’t know her name but still. Thank Nails & Spa.. appreciate your guys kindness 100%
