I started going here to get my eyebrows done in June 2024, I joined the waitlist one day as I needed my eyebrows waxed for an event that week. Stephanie got me in that night for a wax. I also got a lash lift done by her in October for a wedding that I was a bridesmaid in, she did a phenomenal job on my eyelashes that normally don’t hold curl very well. I like that hard wax is offered for those with sensitive skin like myself. I also like that they offer eyebrow plucking which is amazing if you’re on an acne medication and can’t get your eyebrows waxed. Would highly recommend Confident Complexions.

This is the cutest beauty lounge I have seen so far in St. John’s . Last week I got done my brazalian wax and facial with steph . She made me feel very welcoming and super comfortable through out. As a plus size we need a space like this with no judgements .i will give 10/10 to their waxing services and 6.5/10 to their facial services, as there is still some missing elements like more of a discussion before ,a little cozy room for the facial with dim light. 10/10 for eyebrows waxing and shaping .
