Worst experience with naina's saloon.. today i visited for facial , manicure and pedicure.. environment was very noisy staff was just focus to teas each other rather to focus on clients relaxation it sounds like a fish market ...also receptionist is very rude.. pathetic services.. not recommended

1/5 for their hydra facial Hydra deal (hydra facial with massage and skin polish). Approximately, only 4 to 5 tools are used, and I was said there are 9 tools, liar. Shoulder massage nothing and skin polish yeah she applied it on my hand and feet, leftover. First, she used the LED mask on the client next to me. The client coughed in the mask and the same mask without any sanitation or cleaning process used on my face 🤢. Seriously, the germ is not killed by the light inside it.

Very cooperative and helpful staff. . My barat bridal was done perfectly from her senior staff and owner was so kind enough to check my makeup also which mostly owners don't bother if it is not signature . so a big yes for this kind gesture . must must try this salon on your big day .

Extremely poor service. They have spent money on redoing the interior but zero attention towards grooming and learning of staff. Staff was highly unprofessional. Zero knowledge on how to deal with clients. Instead of being relaxed i was more disturbed. They didn't had clean towels and tools to use. Staff was roaming around asking for even 1 thing they need for service. The staff quarells in front of client and shows zero interest towards customer. Will never visit again.
