If you are thinking of the best medical care in Uganda then Nakasero Hospital is the place to go. They have all services from lab to special considerations. We checked in late in the night but there was a swarm of medical personnel to attend us. The emergency unit that we arrived at had fully fledged functional equipment. They have over 7 beds in the emergency unit. In a split second, our patient had a doctor and several nurses monitoring his vitals, medicine administered, multiple tests run and constantly communicating with us. Medical personnel are the best in hospitality, there is a doctor in the emergency unit, Dr. Mugaga. He gave us the placebo effect with his assurances that everything was gonna be already. He had a generous smile 😁 and cracks jokes which worked like magic to help calm our nerves. He noticed we tended up, so he kept communicating and answering every question we asked. The facility is building a new complex to handle the high influx of patients coming. My hat off for the cleaners at the reception, I wonder how which they are paid. This young guy I met seemed automated🤖, he routinely cleaned deep into the night in a specific interval🥳. For the cost 😳😳, be sure to pay through the nose. The only thing you don't pay for its the oxygen in their space. It's premium medical care with a bill that multiplies exponentially. Security is top notch, positioned allover the facility given their elite clientale.

I have had 6 successful c-sections from this hospital,the customer care and health care is great,I love how they make sure you are comfortable as a patient.It is expensive but at the end of the day you get value for money,the best consultants and healthcare.I know it will keep upgrading.

Though I had to wait an extra 1:30 hours to meet Dr.Vianney.But when I met him,I was happy with his professional approach(the apology for making me wait) and after that,the whole session was great!!👍🏾

The services are good but the delivery of the services is very slow we had to be at the hospital for almost nine hours which is very frustrating and the staff are quite rude to old patients.This ought to change because it is ruining the image of such a marvellous hospital.The staff needs to be trained properly as well
