I went once and even though it wasn't a horrible experience I wouldn't go back ..most importantly the cut was good in the end but it took forever like 45 minutes when it should have taken less than 30 min for the cut but maybe because of the lack of experience and language barrier ....she asks so many q! Also the girl who cut my hair had an attitude and was answering her phone a few times while cutting my hair which is not professional at all ....and in the end they charged more than expected $20 when it should have been $10-$15 but I just paid $20 total including tip ....it says "$10 and up" so u have to ask how much it'll be before u get ur haircut or else they might.charge u more than u were expecting! Overall the place was clean and smelled good though but not very comfortable for my first time there for few reasons ...but thankfully all that time she took the haircut did turn out good because I was a little worried!

Honestly I would give zero stars if possible. Went in asking for a haircut and specified I only wanted the ends trimmed the lowest possible only to somehow end up paying 35 dollars when before I've had to pay about 15 total. Then on top of that the person who cut my hair ended up stating that she did in fact not cut off much of my hair so how exactly was it 35? A complete rip off.
