my experience was great!! I am very happy with our 30 mins booking. althought 30min might seem a small amount it felt like longer and we had so much fun! the guy that brought us was friendly and funny, he took so many pictures of us, with all the iphone modes possible (x0.5, action mode, cinematic mode, x1) and every picture was taken so well! we went in front of the burj al arab, the burj khalifa and we stopped a few times to take pictures. he even took a video for us! I 100% reccomend this and it was totally worth it! As we got out, my sister suddenly said “I want a jet ski now!”

Highly recommend if you want to see Dubai in all its glory! Regan and Omar were fantastic and super attentive to all our needs. They're truly an asset to the team 😁 will definitely do it again!

They don’t have safety. The captain was showing off and he had accident with my jetski and i got injured (luckily not serious injuries) and he was only worried about the jetski. Their reservation staff is so rude

I called this company and made a deal with them to book me three jet skis supercharged 1800cc. We then arrived and got greeted with a very bad attitude and they did not provide the jet skis they promised us. Then one of the employees his name is Khalil was being very rude to me and my friends and told us that he only has the 1800cc not supercharged which is not what we were promised, he then proceeded to tell us that this is the only option they have and that if we don’t want this type of jet ski we are not welcome. I’m honestly very disappointed with the customer service that they provided. I don’t recommend this company at all; they are not trust worthy and treat the customers without care. This is not the standard of customer service that UAE provides.
