NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Associate Marathon

Excellent (and unexpected) service. It was Friday, 3pm, my vehicle battery was dead, I was tenting with my son at a provincial park 35 miles away, visiting in Terrace Bay and returning to Ottawa on Sunday. I was unable to locate any garage that would replace the battery on a Friday afternoon. On a hope and a prayer, I went to NAPA and to my immense surprise, the store owner himself replaced the battery in front of the store. Please accept my heartfelt gratitude and thanks for your kindness in doing this for me.

My experience with Lee and The staff here was great. I bought a car from Sudbury and was heading home to Winnipeg when the engine was overheating. I had to make a stay in Marathon. Canadian tire turned me away due to their backlog of appointments but Lee and his staff were quick to address my issue and make space for me. They found issues with the coolant system in my car. I really appreciate them having a look and listening to me while others turned me away. I would say the people of Marathon have a trustable auto service in their town.
