I had all my questions answered by Elly, who was knowledgeable and went to great lengths to help me solve my issue! Exceptionally kind customer service that will have me going back when the need arises.

Not a fan of their spineless current store manager, lol. Shame. Talked to HR directly about it, and hope Robert Wilson, the current president of TWGW Inc., will take notice and adhere with their family business motto of "Putting PEOPLE over PROCESS." Consider it constructive public feedback. There's an opportunity to take this store to glory again! Maybe a bit of remedial in-house training for the supervisors couldn't hurt?
