I had a disappointing experience at Napa Dental. My cleaning was rushed—only 30 minutes instead of the full hour I paid for. They booked a follow-up, but when I arrived, they gave my spot to someone else. I have four young kids and no car, so coming with my husband is already difficult. Now they want to reschedule again, but I’ve lost trust. The experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t recommend this clinic. 📍This is the reply to the post below📍 Thank you for your reply. I wish the split visit and shortened appointment had been clearly explained upfront. You called my old number, even though I booked through my husband and provided both my email and emergency contact—neither of which were used. As a long-time patient who brings my whole family, I expected better communication and respect. Also, my teeth are now half cleaned, which is very frustrating. I hope this feedback helps improve your service moving forward.👇🏻

By far the absolute best! My entire family goes to Dr. Ali including my 4 year old who looks forward to his dental check ups. As for me, I avoided dentists growing up but my experience with Dr.Ali has been phenomenal! I no longer cringe at the thought or going for my dental check up. He is gentle, walks you through the procedure and most importantly he doesn’t rush you into anything you’re not ready for.

I came to Dr.Ali with a lot of dental anxiety from a past dentist. I have not gotten treatment for over 5 years because I was scared. The second I stepped into Napa Dental, I was greeted with warm and friendly faces. The reception took the time to calm me down and ease me nerves. The dental hygienist was very nice and had a very gentle hand. Dr.Ali helped me feel more comfortable with both my root canal and cavity treatment. I felt zero pain and with just one visit to this clinic, I was able to decrease my dental anxiety. I recommend this clinic to anyone, especially anyone with dental anxiety.
