Alex Hiller made my 6 month house hunting adventure great. He was able to wade through my inability to figure out what I was looking for in a house by using what I(we) learned about my priorities with each house and tailoring the next one to fit that criteria while wittling it down to a few key must-haves. Additionally in this ludicrous market of houses disappearing within days of appearing of being listed he was able to get us into showings sometimes even the day it showed up. Overall, he's very patient, quick responding, and not best of all not pushy. He also told me sometime soon he would have a list of respectable contractors for various new owner tasks that he has had positive experiences with.

The entire group was great on a short term lease between a few real estate transactions. Easy to work with. Very informative and beyond helpful.
