1star also waste for this company. I had a very frustrating experience with Voyagers Partners during their interview process. I cleared the first round of interviews and was scheduled for a face-to-face second round at 10:00 AM. After reaching on time and waiting for 30 minutes, I was informed that the interview would now take place at 1:30 PM. Despite this reschedule, I waited again for 20 minutes, only to be told that the position does not have the budget for my expectations. What was most disappointing was the lack of clarity and professionalism. The recruiter initially mentioned that hiring would be based on my performance, but after making me wait for hours, they dismissed my candidacy due to budget constraints. This was a complete waste of my time and reflects poorly on their recruitment process. I would not recommend pursuing opportunities with this company unless they improve their communication and respect for candidates' time.
