Today was my first visit to this place, While I found the receptionist and the Spanish male taking the X-ray to be very friendly and accommodating, I must express my disappointment with the service I received from the doctor and the individual responsible for my dental cleaning. The doctor's demeanor was rude, and I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism displayed by the person performing my cleaning, Ortega Yenny. Not only did she make unwarranted comments about my dental health in a condescending manner, but she also displayed a disrespectful attitude throughout the procedure. Furthermore, I was charged an additional $170 for an incomplete cleaning, which left me feeling unsatisfied and uncomfortable. It is my sincere hope that you address these issues within your team, especially with Ortega Yenny, as her behavior does not align with the standard of patient care I expected. And make me feel very uncomfortable, Regrettably, due to this experience, I have decided not to return to your dental office in the future.

The staff have excellent customer service. Dr. Lee, my dentist has gentle and light hand when she did my dental crown and my tooth extraction. Their dental assistants are skillful and professional. I am glad to have chosen National Dental . I highly recommend them. This is my second positive review.
