Today was my first visit to this place, While I found the receptionist and the Spanish male taking the X-ray to be very friendly and accommodating, I must express my disappointment with the service I received from the doctor and the individual responsible for my dental cleaning. The doctor's demeanor was rude, and I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism displayed by the person performing my cleaning, Ortega Yenny. Not only did she make unwarranted comments about my dental health in a condescending manner, but she also displayed a disrespectful attitude throughout the procedure. Furthermore, I was charged an additional $170 for an incomplete cleaning, which left me feeling unsatisfied and uncomfortable. It is my sincere hope that you address these issues within your team, especially with Ortega Yenny, as her behavior does not align with the standard of patient care I expected. And make me feel very uncomfortable, Regrettably, due to this experience, I have decided not to return to your dental office in the future.

This is my 4th cleaning with Yinny the hygienist of this amazing dental office.Super professional people and great workers ready to serve you with the best experience you can have in a place where people feel uncomfortable due to it being a dental place.For example I’m not really comfortable with needles and pain, but this place comes with professional ready to make you feel the most comfortable you can, I didn’t feel any pain while getting my cleaning today and got laser treatment on my lower teeth to extend the look and Yinny did a amazing job highly recommend stopping by for your 6 month cleaning here.I promise you won’t regret it.
