Can I give less than one star? Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called looking for information and the individual who answered was short with me, rude, and hung up when I asked if they provided services in a particular area: "No, we're just in PA - click" A real low for basic human interaction let alone business professionalism.

I am extremely disappointed with this broker's service. They have failed to make payments for the loads, which is completely unacceptable. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their obligations has caused significant frustration. I would not recommend working with this broker until they resolve their payment issues.

They are unprofessional, and will not pay you after you haul their freight. Their AP works after 5 p.m., which is creepy! I did a load for them from MI to OH on April 18, 2024, and now it is July 6th, and I have not been paid. Shame on them!
